一、活動說明
為了讓在臺研習之大專校院境外學生體驗道地文化，計畫辦公室特舉辦單日體驗文化活動，藉由此文化活動兼具食、遊、玩、學，除了手作菱炭殼盆栽DIY，也透過導覽了解官田烏金將地方環境的燙手山芋—廢棄菱角殼，轉變為珍貴菱殼炭的旅程。歡迎所有接待家庭與各國在臺境外學生一同報名參與，透過活動體驗手作樂趣之外，更能深入體驗臺灣在地文化。
二、活動時間：Sep. 24th, 2022 (Sat.) 2022年9月24日(六) 9:30-15:10。
三、集合地點：Tainan Train Station 臺南火車站(台南市東區成功路)。
四、活動地點：Trapa shell bo-charcoal living workshop 菱炭森活工場
五、活動對象：Host families and overseas students who currently study in Taiwan. 已培訓之接待家庭、全國大專校院境外學生 (免費報名參加)。
六、報名截止日期：Sep. 11th, 2022 (Sun.) 2022年9月11日(日)，額滿為止。
七、報名方式：
（一）已培訓之接待家庭報名請按此(尚未註冊系統之家庭請先註冊系統帳號後，再報名活動)。
（二）記得須填寫健康關懷問卷，才完成報名，請按此填寫。
（三）境外學生請至英文網站報名。
八、注意事項
（一）All students and host families are required to fill out the health care survey to complete the registration. Completing the registration process doesn’t guarantee your attendance. The final result will be sent to your email before September 16, 2022 (Fri.).所有境外學生和接待家庭都需完成填寫健康追蹤問卷，以完成報名程序。完成報名程序不代表錄取。最後的錄取結果將於9月16日(五 )前Email通知。
（二）We will match overseas students with a host family in the activity. All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the event date. Unexpected absence is not allowed. Please be responsible for your registration once confirming your attendance.我們將在活動中為境外學生媒合一戶接待家庭。如須取消請於活動7天前提出。確認出席後請對您的報名負責，無故缺席將會影響您下次參與的權益。
（三）Due to the COVID-19 prevention policy, temperature check and mask wearing are both required. If the government raise the COVID alert to Level 3 before event date, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and time of the event.因應教育部集會防疫重大原則，當天皆須進行體溫量測並配戴口罩。若政府在活動日前將疫情升級為3級警戒，主辦單位保有最終修改、變更、活動解釋及取消本活動之權利。
